Emory or Boston College?

So I was recently accepted into these two phenomenal institutions... However, I'm not sure which one I want to attend.

I'm on the pre med track (bio major) and I know that Emory is renowned for their stellar science courses. However, I know that Emory also lacks school spirit and interest in sports in general which is one of the main reasons I'm a bit hesitant. Also, I'd be running track at Emory so that's a bit of a plus.

I like the idea of warmer weather so Emory obviously wins in that respect, but I live in NY so Emory is about 15 hours away versus BC being 4 hours away. I don't mind being away from home, but I'm afraid that if Im feeling homesick or something at Emory, it's not where I can come home for the weekend to see my family.

Anyways, I would love it if some of you could shed some light on my little problem. Thanks in advance!

Go to BC, Emory boasts about.a great pre med thing. And yeah they do, you would learn a lot. However, once i found their actual statistics on Med School placement back from 2011 (I think). It was pretty weak. Around 56 percent. That doesn't even include who got weeded out. I think BC has a better one. When I visited they boasted an 85 percent med school acceptance rate which is very impressive. Go to BC!
