Which teacher should I ask for a letter of recommendation?

What do you think is a better idea: asking my Geometry teacher who I know much better and have a good relationship with, or my Biology teacher, who I'm on good terms with but I don't know too well?

I ask because I plan to pursue a Biology major in college. Would a college value a reccomendation from the teacher of my planned major enough that I should choose a teacher that I don't know as well over one that I know better? I did better in Bio than Geometry (I think it's a 96 compared to a 92).
