    @Postmodern She is a native Rwandan woman, what more is there to explain? She serves a particular niche that the Ivy League colleges are now expected to fill, and with an ACT of 29 - though low by an Ivy's typical standards - she will hopefully be able to keep up in the classroom. I'm sure she has worked very hard, and deserves congratulations for it, but let's not pretend that her being from Rwanda didn't play a significant role in colleges saying they now have students from k+1 countries, rather than only k.
