Is it bad if I don't do early decision?

I didn't do early decision, because I didn't want to get accepted into a university that I wasn't going to get a lot of money in. So, for all my ivy schools, I decided to turn in my college apps during regular decision. Will that affect how they see me?

    It is a valid reason to skip ED, so you can compare aid packages. It be s slightly easier to get into some schools if you apply ED. Did you run the net price calculator (on school website) for your first choice school?

    It is totally normal not to apply ED if one needs to compare FA packages.

    Also know that Ivy league schools don't give merit awards, only need based awards. have you run the Net Price Calculator to see how much aid you might receive.?

    Ivy League schools have very low acceptance rates...what are your match and safety schools?
