dual enrollment vs college credit

I am looking at going to either Duke or UNC at Chapel Hill. I was wondering which on the application would help me get in, taking dual enrollment classes, or graduating high school and taking some college classes first. Transferring credit is important to me, but whats more important is which will look better and increase my odds of being accepted.

College courses taken after high school graduation may force you to take the transfer pathway at many colleges. Check each college for its specific rules on eligibility to apply as frosh versus transfer.
