Cal State Apply admission application

Hello all! I am looking for some guidance. I am filling out my Cal State Apply and have questions regarding the transcript entry and academic renewal. In my past life I was a stupid teenager and failed enough classes to get on academic probation and dismissed from a community college. Fast-forward to today, ten years later, I have completed my transfer requirements with a 3.4 GPA not including my old college. If I file for academic renewal with my old college, will I still need to enter the past failed classes and academic dismissal on the CSA website? I meet criteria for the renewal. Thank you for your input
