Pass/no Pass: does it effect your chances of getting into a 4-year?

I'm currently applying to Ohio state and some 4-years in Europe as a transfer student. As I was submitting my application I was wondering whether four years overlook the pass or no pass grade, especially if the class didn't include any transferable units. I sadly did not pass my pass or no pass class but have a 4.0 gpa and took the class in high school and received a B (I have to send in my high school transcript because I don't have 30 units completed as of right now). Will that count against my application?
