If you don't receive an interview, does it mean the college is not interested in you at all?

More likely it means there are not enough interviewers in your location to offer every applicant an interview. Have you checked the school websites to see what it says there?

I got into 3 universities without an interview (and didn’t get into the one I interviewed with). This depends on the college and their process. I agree with Happy1 it could be based on number of interviewers in the area.
