AP Classes

I am taking 5 AP classes at my school and self studying for 2 or 3 over all four years. (This is not definite, it is just my plan for now.) Is this enough? I chose to take only the ones that relate to my major and take the honors or regular version of the subjects that don't. Also, I want to apply to Ivy Leagues, private schools, and UCs. Overall I am taking 10 honors/AP courses at my school and self studying for 2 or 3 APs on the side. I am also in sports, 3 clubs, and orchestra.
