My daughter has done couple projects fir her school which have been covered by news papers here.

We will mention about it in the ECs but only if word space allows which we doubt.

When filling the Common App is there any way and should she put these print screen of articles or links of these newpaper coverages any where?

Or should we make it part of her resume?

Any suggestions or tips would really help on how to add this aspect to her application...

TIA

Your student should be able to find a place to write about the projects if they were meaningful to her. ECs can be combined in the common app to make room for everything. Adding screen shots of newspaper articles is unnecessary. If awards were won, put that in the awards section but lots of students are written up in their local newspapers.

As a general rule of thumb, don’t add extra to the application. It dilutes the more important aspects of the application.
