My Highschool requires me to take Music History and Art History/Studio freshman and sophmore year. I got a B in every single Music and Art class, however :(. Do colleges care a lot about grades in these classes, or do they care about the core classes only?

Visual and performing arts are often considered to be among the core academic subjects, although the expected number of high school courses from most colleges' standpoint is lower for arts than for subjects like English, math, etc..

    Depends on the college.
