Will I Get into UNC Chapel Hill

So I'm really stressed about getting into UNC; it's my dream school, but I'm an out-of-state student. I have a 3.95UW/4.2W Gpa, and I have a 1370 SAT (I'm retaking and aiming for a 1450-1500). I have debated for 4 years, I'm a captain, a varsity member, I lettered, and I coach novices (I also have qualified for state 3 years in a row). I danced for 6 years, won multiple awards, and now teach younger kids at my studio. I played tennis for 2 years at my school (stopped cause of the pandemic). I also work with an environmental youth program. I started a charity program at my school, and I am on the student regional board for the world-wide program. I also volunteered at my local hospital, but had to stop because of COVID. Is there a good chance I'll get in if I raise my SAT score? Or what else can I do to make myself more competitive?
