should i put nslc (national student leadership conference) in my EC's? i heard colleges don't like it since you have to pay for it

    i wouldn't, every dum bass in my school got an invitation; its not worth anything and they just rob your money

    well, i went to NSLC this summer. they gave me a recommendation letter and all that. they shud have given u one to. i totally forgot about that until now

    Honestly, its nothing super duper outstanding as far as fluffing up apps go. I attended back between my sophomore and junior years and thought it was a fun summer camp, but don't expect it to get you into Harvard or anything like that. I would still mention it at least briefly under summer activities, because after all it is something you did do. It certainly won't hurt you.
