    Age discrimination laws generally do not apply to minors. They are a specific subset which already have significant restrictions placed on them (cannot enter into enforceable contracts, for one). So age can play a part in the admissions process.

    yea... Simon's Rock is great.

    I live about a half hour away... and wish I could have went there. :-(

    But I went to a cruddy middle school in which no one was nearly intelligent enough for acceptance. :-(

    It's basically just like college, only at an earlier age. Great Barrington's an OK place, a little boring, but nonetheless pretty cultured. (It's sad... I live so closee... but isn't Jacob's Pillow thing there?) But anyway, there's culture and stuff there, and some good history in the area. It's just all around pretty good. You should consider.
