Um... no awards or honors

Okay, so as I'm filling out my application, I notice the severity of my lack of awards and honors. Specifically, that I don't have any. Sure, I have the "Outstanding English Student" award that my school gives out every year and whatnot, but other than that, I'm definitely lacking. All my awards have been giving to me in the community service / leadership area, but the school I'm applying to specifically asks for ACADEMIC awards. Is this really going to hurt me in the admissions process? Would it look dumb to list my awards like "Principals Honor Roll" and stuff like that?
