Should I submit my ACT scores?

SATs submitting:

Verbal ___ (telling them to expect november scores, but got 620)
Math: 740
Writing: 790
Math II: 770
Chemistry: 710

My ACTs were:

math 34
english 33
Science 29
reading 27
Essay 10.

I'm just wondering if this will help or hurt my application given the SATs I have, and if it's necessary to submit the ACT scores. I am applying to MIT EA.
