can one college's sports coach check another schools' rosters for EA/ED applications? do they have that much power? talking to about two ivies if that makes any difference

    Do NOT apply ED to multiple schools. There's a good chance it will be noticed (especially 2 ivies) and if it is, you risk losing all your acceptances. Schools communicate with each other.

    If you're trying to figure out if one Ivy will figure out if you apply ED/EA to another Ivy and then apply under the same type of program to their school, then yes.

    They would definitely be able to talk to the admissions office.

    Just don't do it.
