which score should i send ?!

sat:
690 cr
600 math
620 writing (9 essay)
total: 1910
subject:
680 lit
680 us hist
790 spanish+list

act 1:
35 eng
27 math
27 reading
25 science
31 eng+writing
8 essay
total: 29

act2:
33 eng
28 math
32 reading
24 science
eng+writing (including essay) unavailable
total: 29

my counselor said 29 on the act is equivalent to a 1920 on the sat, so I don't know which score to send. I only want to send one (if i decide to send act, i'll send sat only to schools that require subject tests)

Please help!

I would highly recommend sending in both (though I guess this depends on which college you go to.)
I have been to numerous college info sessions, and when any of them mentioned sat vs. act, they always said that they picked the one with the better score.

your ACTs are better than your subject tests and most colleges accept ACT for subject tests.
Send them all though, none are significantly higher or lower than one another, unless you dont want to pay to send them- I'd say go for the last one

what if a math score on the ACT is better than the math SAT equivalent, but the overall SAT is better than the ACT? I think you should send both as they somewhat mix.

Overall is always better. Only one section that is better doesn't justify. But if they are similar always send both (if you can) because the ACT is broader and the scores show you are capable of science which the SAT doesnt show

admissions always takes in your highest scores in consideration anyways

Check out the following link. A 29 actually converts to a 1950 imo.

Although you cannot utilize superscoring for the ACT, you should try to retake it because you have the capability if you FOCUS of attaining a 30, if you duplicate your best individual scores on the two previous sittings. Even if you are a senior, I would retake it and send the higher score, if you are so fortunate. You might be able to shine if you are placed on a school's wait list and can augment that composite?
