is there a website which has a list of programs that colleges provide?

the only two I know are Huntsman and M&T at Penn.

or does this research have to be by my own...

(I'm interested in all programs which are not in the fields of history/english or maybe such program doesnt even exist)

There may be one, but not one that I know of. There is a "majors search" on www.collegeboard.com, but the only way that a college gets listed is if the adcoms at the college itself entered the info. I would try playing around with Google. Actually, CC is good for this. Start a thread asking for colleges with that major. You will have to include some basic stats, or everyone will tell you HYPSM for everything.
