Looking to transfer to a University

Hi, my name is Beau Smith. I have a year of an electrical program and a year of liberal arts at a community college. I am looking to tranfer to Iowa State university and major in Meteorology. I have taken no science classes in college yet, never taken physics and I am in developmental math. Right now I would love to go to a university, but I still have a year of liberal arts to go. I'm am looking to transfer from this community college anyway, either to a university or try another community college, as I am not happy here. I need some assistance if possible.
