Best Buddies?

Would it look weird to colleges if I joined best buddies for the first time this year (as a senior)? I'm really just interested in joining for fun/personal satisfaction, not for college admissions purposes, but i don't want them to look at it the wrong way.

Also, do people ever do an extracurricular and just leave it off their apps for whatever reason?

If you want to do it, join. It is a great organization and I'm sure you will have a ton of fun!

If you don't want to list it on your application, then don't. Lots of people leave activities off for any number of reasons.

Yeah, if you aren't doing it for college apps, just don't put it on. I'm doing some activities this year for the first time that I'm not going to put on, I just think they seem fun.
