I study a Finance with Law course and on my first year first semester i got a 3.2. How long and what will it take to get a 4.0?

A cumulative 4.0 means that you have achieved a 4.0, or A average, in every semester since the beginning. If your school doesn't offer make-ups or doesn't operate on a different scale (some schools figure in 4.33 for A+ scores, but these are the exception), you will never quite reach it.
