SAT scores

I’ve taken the sat 3 times so far and each time my score only raised about 50 points. The first time I took it I got an 1100 when I took it before junior year and the second time I got an 1150 and now I took it for a third time and junior year is almost over and I will get my scores back in May and I am wondering if anyone thinks it’s worth it to take it one more time?

If you think that you are able to prepare and do better without stressing yourself out junior year, yes! It is always worth the shot. But consider how busy you are and the commitment involved, but if you choose to, invest in it.

Usually it is not recommended to take the SAT more than three times. If studying for the test is taking time away from your extracurriculars, I wouldn't do it. If you have the time and want to though, go ahead. You might want to look into the average SATs for the colleges you want to go to as well, just to see where you want to be at. Good luck! There's a June date before the August one too.
