So, I used to do sports in high school but stopped senior year. Back then I was pretty in-shape so I never had to work out, but now I'm out-of shape, and running for 30 seconds gets me out of breath. I'm not overweight or anything though. I'm not really going to start doing sports again because it just takes too much time.
So how does someone go about going to the gym (in college) for the first time? Do I take a class?
What about going to a normal gym back in my hometown for the first time?
