Living in a housing cooperative with only 1 other undergrad?

I'm transferring schools next year and I'll be a junior. I'm considering living in a housing coop that's mostly people in their mid-20's, only 1 other undergrad currently lives there. Some people in their 30's and 40's, even 60's live there. Everything else about the coop seems like a good fit for me. What do you think the pros and cons are of living with older people? Do you think it would be weird or could it work?
