Housing @ UCF

I am going to a freshman in the fall at UCF. I put my deposit down on December 8th (right after I found out I was accepted to FSU lol). I want to live in Neptune, primarily because I want my own room. I know private rooms, especially for freshman, is limited. My first choice was Neptune, second Lake Claire. What is the chances I got my first choice for housing? I thought submitting the deposit early in December would give me a better chance, but I'm kind of worried.
I also turned in an LLC application for the Volunteers Uknighted LLC. I love volunteering - both with children and with animals - so I thought this would be perfect for me. Is there anything I should be aware of for this LLC? I know it's in Neptune. Do they look at how many service hours you have when you submit your original transcript or do they check how many after first semester of senior year?
Thank you everyone for all your help and I hope you have a wonderful new year!
