Pre-Med Majors? Sociology?

I'm looking for a non-science major and think i'll like sociology. How will competitive med schools view this? Will it make me look like a slacker because people consider it to be an easy major?

I have interests all across the board!
    Looking for a non-science major.
    Good at math and science.
    Prefer short-term assessments/tests rather than long-term projects/papers.
    Good at critical thinking.
    Good at memorization.
    I'm also Pre-Med.
    Any suggestions?

You'll still have to take the many courses required for medical school admissions no matter what your major, as well as the MCAT, so by and large, your major is irrelevant. Take a look at this for general guidance:
    https://students-residents.aamc.org/applying-medical-school/applying-medical-school-process/medical-school-admission-requirements/
and then look at specific medical schools for what their specific requirements are. Suffice to say your GPA matters a lot, and so does your MCAT score...your major not so much.
And there are other things...leadership skills, clinical experience, etc etc
