well, honestly, i think anyone who applies has some chance of getting in. However, the bio program is SUPER competitive, with a 590 SAT, i'm not sure how good your chances are. But from what i hear, tcnj is a school that will be a bit more lenient with you, especially because of your ethnicity.
Plus, this year, tcnj is going to be many times more competitive than previous years (economic situations and all). I'm mad nervous.

Why send in your SAT Bio score? I don't think SAT Subject tests are a requirement to get in and if you score poorly on a subject test, you should not send it.

Your overall SAT scores are well within the range..actually well above the midpoint, so that's a plus.

I don't think the school is overly concerned about GPA per se, versus how you challenged yourself..but I am afraid that the GPA may not put you ieven n the top 50% of your class. There clearly must be a whole bunch of C's (and lower), so this will be tough. But you never know?

Honestly, I don't think your chances are good. Your SAT is decent, but your GPA is too low. The resume isn't too impressive either. The Biology major is the hardest to get into, so even if you may have gotten into another major, the bio acceptance criteria is much more selective. TCNJ is going to attract every in-state student's application because it has an excellent quality of education for a bargain price. Those 125 open spaces are going to fill up very quickly with the best students in the state. Because other bio majors know this, many of them have applied ED for a better chance. Sorry, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear...Maybe take a look at Ramapo?
