Major in Biomedical Engineering or Health Administration?

Which one is best?

I really enjoy science but imagine I would eventually rise to a more business related position in whichever field

People say bioengineering is a new field and you shouldn't major in it blah blah so would mechanical engineering be best?

Health administration starting salary is lower and most people say to stay away from business majors for various reasons and it doesn't involve much science

So which one sound best for me???
