Currently Deciding between Union College, Northeastern, Binghamton...however Geneseo and Stony Brook are still in the mix. Anyone have any insight as to which school would put me in the best light for medical school/prepare me the best for med school!?

Since you are going for pre-med, you need to post the cost of attendance of all. Choose the cheapest one, that's the only way to decide for your major. I guess the SUNY's would be the cheapest:
Binghamton is the best SUNY overall and also best for business
Stony Brook is the second best SUNY and good for sciences
Geneseo is as great as Binghamton but its pretty small(could be good or bad). Its also good for sciences and stuff.

I would probably go with Stony Brook.

"which school would put me in the best light for medical school/prepare me the best for med school!?"

Union College has ties with Albany Medical College - more hospital/med research opportunities nearby than your SUNY's.
