Ranking to major in finance, or business in general.

For Business, probably Northeastern, Bentley, GW and then American - don’t think GW or American are especially known for their business programs. If Boston, BC would be stronger and if DC Area, Maryland would be stronger.

In my year-old copy of U.S. News, GW ranks highest for business, followed narrowly by Bentley, then Northeastern, then American. Look to Bentley, perhaps, if you would like a mostly specialized education, and one of the other three if you would prefer a solid business program along with the option of a fair array of arts and sciences offerings.

@merc81, good catch. OP, U of Maryland is ranked #21, so is the highest ranking, except Georgetown #15, and is definitely the most affordable of the DC Area choices unless you are able to get a merit scholarship from GW - they do utilize them a lot so look into.
