Does UT Arlington have a medical school affiliated with it?

I am planning on being on the premed track/ biology major.

From what I read, no, but I don't know if that really matters. Schools that do have an affiliated medical school only take a limited number of graduates from that school. They also accept students from all the other schools. To get into med school, you need a high GPA and a high MCAT score. I would also look for good premed advising.

UT Arlington is not affiliated with a medical school.

No but UT Arlington does serve as a pipeline to UT Medical Schools. If you do your research, you'll find each new class has a plethora of UT Arlington graduates.
