Have you ever lied about an extracurricular on resume? Large or small?

Why would you lie about an EC on your resume! Not only can ECs and other entries be verified, but also lying about it is dishonest, really stupid and could suggest that your application itself can't be trusted. Information on a resume can be a topic of an interview. Oh, I see that you.....that will require a response. entire sentencesWhat is large or small? The particular EC? I hope you did not submit deceptive information.

Why do you ask? And why would you lie? What do you gain from exaggerating/saying you did something you didn't?

I don't know - just a curious question to pose - I guess I should have tailored it more to time spent - all in all, I was just curious
