How should I go to college again?

So I'm not sure if I am posting in the correct place, forgive me if I am not. My situation is as follows I have pretty much completed B.S in psychology from a good university in my state, however, I did not do so in the greatest manner. I averaged a 2.8 GPA dealing with some issues that I would rather not get into detail but they are behind me and I feel much more confident moving forward they will not plague me any longer.

I have decided to get into management and am not sure what would be the best course of action. Should I try to find a university to attend to get another bachelor in management (I worry my low GPA during my first B.S would hinder that), should I take classes at a community college? I'm really just uncertain how I should proceed and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The easiest route would be to change your major and study management right where you are now without finishing the remaining credits for the psychology degree. Does your university offer a management major? If so, speak with that department about switching majors. Yes, it is late in the game, but you almost certainly have all of the gen eds needed for graduation, and your almost finished psychology degree can probably become a psych minor.

Finish your degree. Get a job snd apply to the best online or part time local mba program. There are really great ones like thunderbird , unc chapel hill and umass Amherst isrnberg school . Part time, fully accredited mba programs. They are more manageable than full time programs. If you work at a company like b of a they will offer you tuition reimbursement. Two years from now you have work experience and an mba.
