Single Full-Time Program Type Schools?

Hello: Very happy to have found this forum.

While helping DD do research on where to apply to college (entering her senior year in the fall), we stumbled on to The Evergreen State College and its specific academic structure. Per their website - https://www.evergreen.edu/academics - they offer 12-16 credit single full-time programs each semester. While this style of learning is fascinating us, ESC is not of interest to her for various reasons.

My question is, to your knowledge, are there any other schools that provide a similar style of teaching/learning (the 1 class per semester format) in the US? Preference towards western US.

Thank you, in advance!

Colorado College is probably best known for the one-class-at-a-time scheduling. Students take eight 3.5-week courses in an academic year. Presumably, each course is similar in content to a 4 credit semester course elsewhere, but students take one at a time in an accelerated and compressed form for 3.5 weeks each, instead of four in the fall and four in the spring.

Note that while ESC offers 12 and 16 credit courses, it also offers more typical sizes 4 credit courses, so that students do not have to study one (large) course at a time every quarter (ESC is on the quarter system with three 10 week quarters per academic year, so each credit is worth 2/3 of a credit for schools on the semester system).
