IB & Safety?

Could anyone help me with what i should choose for my safeties?
Predicted IB (International Baccalaureate) grade = 35 points
Final IB (International Baccalaureate) grade = 30 points
SAT I = 1730 (im taking SATs again in dec)
SAT II Math level 2 = 680
SAT II Math level 1 = 640\

    You should provide more details, e.g. area of country that interests you, school size, area of study. If you're looking for safeties, have you already determined matches?

    Are you an international student? Note that in the U.S., course grades and GPA will probably be more important than IB scores.

    hey, I 'know' you! thought you had 1900s SAT.
    you should take another SAT II cuz schools other than USC will want them.
    Considering the scores you mentioned, look into Univ of Texas - Austin and Penn State and below. To be sure of safeties, look into that USNWR rankings. Below rank 60 should be sure safeties IMO.
