Schools in Australia

I've been interested in studying in Australia for college and maybe end up living there. I've looked at Notre Dame-Australia and University of Sydney, but I'm not sure where to start my research. Which is the most prestigious?

And since I'd be an international, I'd have to pay the full bill, right, no FA? I've read about scholarships, but I'm not sure if they would amount to much?

I guess, I'm just asking about going to college for 4 years overseas, in general, not just Australia. I know it is kind of tough to gain citizenship in Australia, but what would my job prospects be like in America?
