Help in Selection

What schools meet the following requirements:

-Urban campus
-Midsize to large student body
-My majors of interest (whatever schools have good programs for this): International Studies/Relations, Business in general (undecided on field yet)
-Schools for kids with 3.5 to 4.0+ GPA (mine's a 4.7)
-Schools for kids with 2000-2400 range (mine's currently 2110 but hoping to get 2200+ next time around) and ACT 30-36
-Schools with FRATS and PARTIES!

I am starting to make a college list and it seems top heavy with a lot of ivy's, so I want some top-tier or other good schools to add to my list. Any ideas for good additions? Thanks!
