*Lots of community service (feeding the homeless, etc)
*From the Corps- youth tv show on a local public acces channel I had to audition for. sort of a teen news thing. SO MUCH WORK!! crew members do interviews, behind the camera work, editing...

Your stats say you're an excellent fit for W&M academically. And don't worry about your AP test scores, they're only used for credit-granting purposes (the "Advanced Placement" aspect of "AP" courses.)

You probably already know the bad news - OOS/female is the toughest admissions group to be in, so it'll be tough, (not for you specifically, but for every such applicant.) Nevertheless, I think you've got a good shot at admission.

One thing that *might* work in your favor - Williamsburg is near a lot of military bases (primarily Navy, though there is this camp nearby...), so I'd make the guess (and it's only a guess) that the adcoms might be more sensitive to the difficulties of being a "military brat."

    Anyway, best of luck!

W&M Admission will certainly take into account the fact that you've been to 3 high schools and how that can affect one's transcript and extracurricular involvements. It sounds like you've performed admirably despite all the moves. Definitely a competitive applicant though unfortunately for any applicant, W&M has more competitive applicants in the pool than it has spaces in the incoming class forcing tough choices and leaving some competitive applicants without an admission officer you're definitely someone who will be considered.
