Just curious...I received a postcard in the mail the other day. It was hand written and asked if I had any questions. I was wondering if this was something that was done regularly?

I never received one, and never heard of anyone receiving one either. It could be a new thing.

I have received a lot of informational packets over the past six months; however, it all seemed very generic. This was the first correspondence that was hand written.

    Thanks for your response!

I received letters that recognized my memberships in PTK and my military experience from a couple individuals at GS, but nothing hand-written. The letters I received seemed somewhat personalized, but certainly not as intimate as a hand-written note.
