HEOP Interview

I'm wondering if anybody who has been accepted/been through Columbia's HEOP program can answer some questions for me.

How many people get asked for this interview, and how many people get into the program?
Would you say being contacted for an HEOP interview is a good sign of potential acceptance? I'm a first generation low income URM attending a prep school and I focus in the arts with a very strong portfolio.
