Parent's education on common app

I know this may seem like a silly question but if both my parents did not attend college would I choose "high school" under the degree or do I leave it blank. Selecting "high school" seems like the appropriate choice but since its next to the college box, it somewhat puzzles me.

Sorry for asking such a basic question...I just want to be sure!

I believe it is fine to put "high school" under the degree. After all, why would they put it as an option? Also, congratulations on being the first in your family to attend college =]
