edited November 2010 in Common Application
Common App is a major beezy.

That, and it deletes my italics.

I used them for emphasis in my personal statement, and also for the name of our lit mag... which obv. needs to be italicized. But common app won't let me use them, right? Do I just suck it up... and adcoms know I can't use them?

How did other ppl deal with this?

PLEASE HELP LOL I'm desperate. And ****ed at the common app. It so does not make my life easier at all.

Oh also, is a resume necessary/advised?
I included some additional honors in the additional info section, but I just typed them in--didn't upload a doc. I do have a fair number of activities/honors, some which I wasn't sure where to put--but I squeezed it all in. In essence, all the info is on there, I just fear it's not intuitively organized.

OH I guess the italics still shows up when you upload a doc.

But it doesn't when I use them in my short answer and activities. Do I just let it go?

Let it go. You can't format the entries that you type directly into the form.
