Using Website Design as Arts Supplement?

Hey guys, I just recently ended my junior year at my high school, but will be dedicating a significant amount of my time during Summer creating and managing a website for my school's Theatre Department. I am going to be creating and coding a website design for the new website.

The question is, does that count as an Art Supplement to the Common Application? I'm not exactly sure if it fits into the Arts Supplement, because that calls for a 10-minute DVD of my "art," which is simply a website design.

If my website design is not counted as art, then what... is it? I really would like to mention it in my college application, since I really am very proud of my (currently under-construction) design, but I'm just not sure how I would mention it.

Help? :)
