Ancestry DNA Test Says I'm Polynesian

I identify myself as Chinese American but really more American than Chinese. My parents, and grandparents, and I do not speak any Chinese dialects. From what I know, most of my great-grandparents and other ancestors lived in Southern China where there is a possibility of migrations, trading, and intermingling from Polynesia or what not. After I took an Ancestry DNA test, I discovered I am 9% Polynesian and the rest East Asian. Can I identify as Chinese and Polynesian on my common app?
