Fair AP Score but Solid Course grade

Hello Forum!

This is my first discussion ever so I hope this works out. I want to follow a pre-med program as an undergrad or a bs/md program at institutions like case western/Boston university/Rutgers. So I’ve taken the AP Chemistry Exam but only scored a 3. But I got an A for the school year.

Should I report this score? And would this lessen my chances of acceptance for similar institutions listed above?

Much thanks to anyone who responds !

Will a 3 lessen your chances? Maybe. Maybe not. But BS.MD admissions are so competitive I see no value in reporting anything that could potentially distract.
