I am 1/4 INCA, a well known Indian Tribe down in Peru. I was wondering does that classify me as a Native America? I know I am hispanic from Spain and Peru, but can I put Native American? They are natives in the Americas.

The Common Application accepts Native American for all Original Peopls of the Americas. So yeah, that includes South American Native American tribes.
