Teacher Recs require payment?

Hi,

I was wondering if I need to submit the fees for all the colleges I'm applying to on the common app before I can give my teachers the forms for recs/ask them to fill it out online. This is a little difficult for me because I'm applying early decision to a school NOT on the common app, so I would prefer not to pay all the fees for all the other colleges right now...

    No, you do not need to pay the application fees before you add your teachers to the School Forms page. Once you add your teachers they will each receive an email with your name informing them that you've added them to your Common App Online account, so be sure to speak with them before adding them to your app.
