ACT scores

For the UC app, I put in my ACT test scores as usual. Did I have to send them an official copy or with the self put in scores work? And is this the same for SLO? Because I got rejected for Computer Engineering with a 3.7 gpa and a 30 on my ACTs, which isnt too bad for that school.

self-reporting ACT scores isn't reliable; who says you aren't lying? you have to request the ACT to send/mail your scores to the college you wish to attend.

You cannot send them anything directly. The ACT company has to mail your scores for you; this is the only way that they can confirm that you aren't lying.
