Transferring Out of Community college Help

Hey guys I'm very new to this site so if this was posted before I'm sorry .. But anyway I'm currently a freshman at kingsborough community college and so far I'm hating every part of it . My major is engineering science but since I have two remedials (writing , math ) I am forced to do liberal arts classes .
i would like to transfer to an out of state college ( very transfer friendly & and all they ask for is and average of 2.0 and higher and 30 semester hours ) . So my question is by time I finish the spring semester I will have 32 semester hours and 12 college credits (due to remedial ) would I be able to leave cuny community college ? Or do I need specific classes to pass just to transfer out ... Btw (I'm done with remedial now )
